How do I contact customer care?

What if an item is out of stock?
If the item you are looking appears out of stock online, please call customer service on +447944167643 or email email@example.com I would be happy to assist in checking stock availability. Please be aware that even if the product is in your shopping bag it isn't reserved and will therefore be available to other customers while you are browsing.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged after your order has been placed.
Do I need to pay full amount to place my order?
Yes, my bussiness runs on Pre-order bassis only which means I can only start ordering fabrics and making them once the order & payment is fulfilled.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Changed your mind? You have until the order cut off time to cancel your pre-order. Please email our customer care team
Am I able to track my order?
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your shipment. UK Standard, Next Day Delivery and all International Orders can be tracked via www.dhl.co.uk/en/express/tracking.html
Where are your Cloths made?
My Cloths are made in a factory nestled away in Foescani, Romina. It’s a proper maker town.
The factory is a business that has been going for the last 30 years, specialising in Ready to wear cloths. They support young designers and startups, also value and understand the Value of Pre-order production. I am proud to have my garnments made by them.
How long until I get my cloth?
The making process takes around 6-8 weeks.
We don't like waste, so we make our cloths once we know what exact sizes, styles and colours we're making. We keep you informed at every step of the way, showing you your jacket being made and where it's up to behind the scenes in weekly video updates. This is mainly because once order is placed, then we order the fabrics and in time to go through customs and to our factory to be made.
Pre-ordering reduces the waste and damaged to the ecosystem caused by the fashion industry. Because, as mentioned before there won’t be overproduction. Besides, once orders are placed, I can calculate how much fabric and other supplies are going to be used, by having the information of quantities ordered, sizes, colors, etc. This way we reduce waste at its minimum.
This is about making a thoughtful purchase, not buying by impulse but considering all the process behind a piece of clothing. You are making a conscious choice. We know it’s not easy if you are not accustomed to buy so far in advance. But this changes are the ones to make a difference. Besides, who doesn’t want to enjoy wearing a unique piece? It’s not going to be a mass produced piece of clothing, so you would rarely see it repeated!

My brand is a small start up business and this helps me prevent finacial loose, overproduction and overstock.
So if it's Pre-order, can I return if it doesn't fit me?
Of course! We do everything we can to minimise the chances of your garment not fitting, however it can happen, and we will make sure you're not out of pocket.
If your cloth didn't fit, you just need to return it in perfect unworn condition, and it will go to a happy home to the next person on our wait list. Full exchange and returns information is here.
Do I have to pay customs and import charges?
Yes, depending on where you live you might have to pay customs.
Do you accept all payment types?
We accept all major credit cards on our website, however we do not accept PayPal payments.
